2. Data We Collect

Web Forge Pro does not sell or share your personal data, and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We only process the information you choose to send us:

• Contact and audit forms: your name, email, the website URL (for the free audit) and your message — used solely to reply to you and prepare your report. We do not profile you or add you to any advertising network.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your form data on the basis of your explicit consent (given when you tick the box and submit the form) and our legitimate interest in answering your request — art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR.

4. Storage and Security

Form data is processed on our provider's servers in the EU (Hostinger) over an encrypted TLS connection. We apply technical and organisational measures proportional to the level of risk to protect your information against unauthorised access.

5. International Transfers

We do not use third-party services (analytics, ad networks or external CRMs) that would send your data outside the European Union. Your information stays on EU servers.

6. Data Retention

We keep your form data only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable reference period afterwards, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@webforgepro.net.

If you believe the processing of your data is not adequate, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
